1977年にリリースされたセカンドアルバム。オリジナルは「Mr Big」と名づけられてました。「フォトグラフィック・スマイル」は日本名です。本アルバムからエディ・カーターが加入。スマッシュヒットとなった「ロミオ」をDickenと共作しています。ドラマーが2人もいるのにかかわらず、ジム・ケルトナーとサイモン・フィリップスの2人のドラマーとセッション。音はＬＡサウンド。前作と比較するとかなり乾いた感じがします。前作のブリテッシュロックからアメリカンって感じです。しかし、目の見えない少年ファンに書いたと言われる1-3から始る後半のハードかつ叙情的な曲はこれぞMr Big！！Dickenの声がたっぷりと堪能できます。
ＬＰはファーストアルバムよりは若干安めで中古屋さんで結構見かけます。前作同様1998年にＣＤで再発されてます。
