| 1 | This was where continental America from North to South had participated in EXPO. Popular merchandise was "soft ice cream of about 40 centimeters long" and "alligator sandwiches". At Cuba Pavilion, some visitors learned the salsa. At Argentina Pavilion, visitors enjoy to see the tango. At International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement, a movie regaring the scenes of the people who were suffering from wars had survived made visitors couraged. |

Next to NEDO Pavilion, there was "NEDO-Partnership New Energy Plant", that was a factory for trush recycling (fuel cell, electric power, compost, etc). It was very important place to consider the future earth environment. |
